PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive having high shear strength and high tackiness. SOLUTION: This adhesive comprises (a) a polymer of 25-45 wt% comprising (a1) acrylic acid of 30-60 wt%, butyl acrylate of 30-60 wt%, ethylhexyl acrylate of 0-40 wt%, and a vinyl monomer of 0-10 wt%, (a2) acrylic acid of 50-90 wt%, butyl acrylate of 10-50 wt%, and a vinyl monomer of 0-10 wt%, or (a3) acrylic acid of 50-90 wt%, butyl acrylate of 30-5 wt%, ethylhexyl acrylate of 30-5 wt%, and a vinyl monomer of 0-10 wt%, (b) an ethoxylated 20C alkylamine plasticizer of 55-75 wt%, and (c) a crosslinker of 0.5-1.5 wt%.
