<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately calculate costs by gathering information from radio repeaters when a staff member moves carrying a portable terminal, preserving position information and the time and obtaining staying time in a department on the basis of them regarding a cost management method and a cost management device for managing the cost of the staff member moving indoors. <P>SOLUTION: The cost management device is provided with the radio repeaters arranged in respective indoor departments or sections, and is provided with a step of preserving the repeater ID of the radio repeater, a terminal ID and the time and date when the terminal carried by the staff member and one of the radio repeaters communicate by radio, a step of performing grouping on the basis of one or more of the repeater ID, the terminal ID and the time and date in the preserved information and respectively calculating the staying time from the start time to the end time, and a step of calculating the cost on the basis of the calculated staying time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
