PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for fiber-like rubber chip capable of effectively utilizing materials such as rubber waste. SOLUTION: After a laminated body obtained by holding a vulcanized rubber material by an unvulcanized rubber material is put in a molding die, the laminated body is vulcanized in the state of being compressed in a thickness direction to form a generally rectangular block body 1. Then, a disk-like rotating cutting tool 30 having a cutting blade section on the outer periphery thereof is rotated to cut the surface portion of the block body 1, and the cutting waste produced by cutting is provided as the fiber-like rubber chip.
