PURPOSE: An apparatus of controlling the flow rate of linger's solution for an intravenous injection is provided to allow an operator to easily manipulate using only a single hand, and to be kept so as not to direct contact with fluid. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling the injection flow rate of linger's solution into the blood vessel comprises a pair of thick disks(1,2) and a housing surrounding the disks. A groove having a variable sectional area is formed around one of the disks. A tube(5) passes between the disks. Shafts of the disks are fitted in central regions of the housing.
