PURPOSE: A method is provided to measure a concentration of cyclosporine in blood by using a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), therefore can be used for pharmacology, pharmaceutics, or pharmacokinetics in the body. CONSTITUTION: The method contains the steps of: preparing a serum sample by pre-treating a serum obtained from the blood of a donor by a protein precipitating solution; loading the serum sample into a Sep PakTM column under a negative pressure of -4 to -9inch Hg, washing with acetonitrile, and eluting by using a solid-liquid extraction method; injecting the eluted sample into the HPLC and then measuring absorptivity of the sample with a wavelength of 207nm.
