The assembly has a stop board fixed to a stirrup by passing a bolt in an orifice of a crosspiece in the stirrup and holding the bolt by a screw. The screw has an elastic block (32) with a metallic screw (34) enclosed in the elastic block. The screw has a diameter in the range of 3 to 8 centimeter. A washer (38) is formed at sides of an undercut (40) formed in the elastic block, to limit the screw (34).
