The present invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to equipment to thresh cereals and other crops. The aim of the invention is to improve the process of threshing the grain and to lower its damage by using beater plates, as a ribbed profile, made of a wear-resistant polymer composite material reinforced by a metal plate. In doing so the latter is placed at a distance of 0.3... 1.0 mm from the base, and near the openings for attaching a beater plate to a drum it has two rows of processing openings for a reliable joint with the polymer constituent.
