PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cheese yarn is characterized by consisting of a false twisting step, a dyeing step and an unwinding step and reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cheese yarn comprises: (a false twisting step) passing grey yarn(1) through a heating part(21) and a twister(22) of a false twister(20); passing the grey yarn through an apron roller(23) installed on an upper part of the twister(22); passing the grey yarn through a guide ring(31) installed on an upper part of a winding part; passing the grey yarn through a feed shaft(32); winding the grey yarn around a steel bobbin(34) installed on a cradle(33); (a dyeing step) piling the steel bobbins wound the yarn; dyeing the yarn; and then (an unwinding step) rotating the cheese yarn and an winding drum together to wind the cheese yarn.
