PURPOSE: A double or triple layer structured toner is provided, which has high resolution, excellent weather resistance, and longtime preservation ability and can maximize water resistance. CONSTITUTION: The double or triple layer structured toner is produced by forming a single or double layer structure by suspension-polymerizing a binder monomer, a molecular weight controller, a pigment, a charge controller, a dispersant, an anionic surfactant, a wax, a polar grafting agent, and 0.1-20pts.wt.(based on the weight of the total monomer mixture) of a hydrophilic monomer or hydrophilic polymer and then injecting a styrene monomer and a crosslinking agent to produce a shell being a rigid layer(3). The hydrophilic monomer is at least one selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methylmethacrylate, and acetate. And the hydrophilic polymer is at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyester polymer and a styrene acryl polymer.
