PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking vessel which has a temperature indicating member provided in a handle united with a main body with a bolt, and can serve food and drink in the best cooking condition by checking the cooking temperature within the vessel visibly and easily. SOLUTION: In a cooking vessel on which a handle 20 is fastened and combined with a bolt 40 to an outer peripheral surface of a main body 10, a temperature indicating member 30 is provided on an upper face of a joint end part 22 which is connected to the main body 10, a sensor bar 32 formed in the bottom of a indicating part together is closely inserted in a joint protrusion 12 which is formed projecting from the main body 10 in one and the temperature indicating member 30 indicates temperature by heat transmitted from the joint protrusion 12.
