摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for correcting the gamma of a liquid crystal display device is provided to have a simple circuit structure since the gamma reference voltage is easily corrected by generating the gamma reference voltage in a digital type. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for correcting the gamma of a liquid crystal display device includes an input unit(110), a gamma correction voltage adjustment unit(120) and an output unit(130). The input unit(110) receives an analog power voltage signal, a TCP gamma reference voltage division signal, a liquid crystal mode signal and a common voltage signal and determines the voltage values for each of the received signals in response to the switching logic of the input unit(100) to transmit the determined voltage values to the gamma correction voltage adjustment unit(120). The gamma correction voltage adjustment unit(120) receives the gamma reference voltage division number and the analog voltage value among the outputted from the input unit(110), stores the data values by mapping the received values by each of the liquid crystal transmissivities and adjusts the gamma reference voltage by using the previously stored data values. And, the output unit(130) outputs the gamma reference voltage outputted from the gamma correction voltage adjustment unit(120) to the liquid crystal panel.
