<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the performance of a differential gear stored inside. <P>SOLUTION: This differential case 5 in which the differential gear having a side gear can be stored, can be rotated around a rotation axis OL by driving force input from a transmission with the travel of a vehicle. It comprises a bearing part 21 protruded toward the inside of the differential case 5 along the rotation axis OL for receiving the shaft of the side gear, a plurality of first guide groove 24 formed on an inside surface 22 around the bearing part 21 for guiding lubricating oil with the rotation of the differential case 5, a second wall part 25 formed relatively higher than a first wall part 23 forming the first guide grooves 24, and a second guide groove 21c formed in the end face on the side gear side of the bearing part 21 in a range from the outer peripheral face to the inner peripheral face of the bearing part 21.
