PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat which prevents tourmaline particles from being peeled and rubbed and retains the performance of the tourmaline particles without degradation. SOLUTION: The tourmaline particles are fastened into recessed parts of the segments formed to a rugged shape of the mat the surfaces of which are formed to the rugged shape. Microfibrous cellulose are used as the fastening means for the same.
