<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, when two electrophotographic printing devices are connected to each other and high temperature sheets of paper passing through a fixing machine of a 1st printing part are continuously applied to print in a 2nd printing part, the temperature of a photoreceptor drum of the 2nd printing part is increased and adverse effects are exerted on the photoreceptor drum, toner and developers. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic printing device comprises: a 1st printer arranged on a position far from a paper discharging mechanism and capable of independently performing both-side printing; and a 2nd printer arranged on a position near to the paper discharging mechanism and capable of independently performing both-side printing. Each of the 1st and 2nd printers has a paper transport means and an electrophotographic printing part. The 1st and 2nd printing parts are mutually connected by a connection device having a cooling mechanism part. The electrophotographic printing device is constituted so that the cooling performance of the paper printer of the 2nd printing part is set higher than that of the paper printer of the 1st printing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
