<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ALC panel which reduces a shadow formed above the uppermost part main reinforcement of a reinforcing bar in the ALC panel, a header shadow and a cavity exposed to the long side header part of the ALC panel, prevents the tensile strength from lowering in the vicinity of the uppermost part main reinforcement, and is excellent in appearance. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the ALC panel, raw material slurry is cast into a formwork in which reinforcing bars are arranged and expanded, and the obtained semi-plastic cured body is steam-cured in an autoclave. When the height of the slurry being expanded reaches 90-99% of the height of the final product, the vibration of the reinforcing bars is started.
