PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base for a motor and an assembling structure for a shaft tube capable of promptly connecting the base and the shaft tube by localizing groove and a localizing flange, attaining a localizing relation so that a pair of stators on inner/outer sides of the shaft tube coincide with a central shaft of a bearing, and assembling the bearing and the pair of the stators with various standards, by promptly exchanging the shaft tube corresponding to the demand of a product. SOLUTION: A shaft hole is opened at the base, an annular flange is formed by extending the shaft hole upward, at least one localizing groove is provided at the bottom of the annular flange, and at least one localizing flange is provided at the bottom of the shaft tube. At least one elastic stopping lever is provided at the tube body of the shaft tube. A stopping portion is provided at the upper end of the elastic stopping lever so as to be protruded, the shaft tube can be jointed by the annular flange of the base and the localizing groove by the outer periphery portion of the tube body bottom and the localizing flange, and at the same time, the shaft tube stops the pair of the stator and at least one bearing by the stopping portion of the elastic stopping lever to be engaged and localized.
