PASTE FOR FORMING CERAMIC RIB, CERAMIC RIB, AND PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste which can form a narrow-pitch high-aspect-ratio ceramic rib. SOLUTION: The paste is capable of forming ribs 13 on the surface of a substrate 10 by piercing a blade 12 having comb teeth 12b into a paste film 11 and moving the blade 12 in one direction to effect the plastic deformation of the paste film 11. The composition of the paste includes a glass powder or a glass/ceramic mixed powder, a resin, a plurality of kinds of solvents, and at least one organic thixotropic agent. The plurality of kinds of the solvents are low-boiling and high-boiling solvents selected from the group with boiling points different from each other by at least 30°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
