PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging applicator apparatus of the concoction for makeup and/or care of keratin fibers which can maintain the remains of products held within an apparatus at ambient temperature while heating only the amount of products required for immediate application. SOLUTION: The packaging applicator apparatus (1) includes a reservoir (2) which incorporates an opening (4) and puts the concoction inside, an application means (5) which can be inserted from the opening (4) into the reservoir, load (6) some amount of concoction, and apply the concoction, and a scraper means (40, 42) which is set up near the opening on the reservoir. The wring means includes a heating means (12) which heats an applicator chip (6) which is fixed on the application means with the products held in the chip.
