PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a Fresnel lens sheet capable of holding the Fresnel lens sheet of a thin type which is liable to part from molds at the time of manufacturing to a back projection display device with good planarity and a back projection display device equipped with such mounting structure. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the Fresnel lens sheet 1 of a thickness below 3 mm arrayed with prisms of a triangular shape composed of incident surfaces and total reflection surfaces for totally reflecting part or the whole of the incident light from the incident surfaces and deflecting the light to a desired direction is so constituted as to have a suspension member 12 mounted on a top side 11 of the Fresnel lens sheet 1 and a supporting member 13 for supporting the suspension member 12.
