PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a dish at a prescribed position on a tray regardless of the size and shape of the dish. SOLUTION: A service cart has a plurality of compartments corresponding to served persons, and an induction heating coil is embedded on the bottom of each compartment. Cooked food is served on the dish with a conductive layer on the bottom, and the dish is mounted on the tray 6 to be stored in the compartment. A stopper 11 is mounted in the rear of each compartment, so that the tray 6 is held at the prescribed position in the compartment by the stopper 11 and both side surfaces of the compartment. In addition, a positioning member consisting of a plurality of projections is mounted on the top of the tray 6, so that the dish is always disposed at a position opposite the induction heating coil.
