PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for solidifying powdery food material by which solid food having new palate feeling and flavor is produced. SOLUTION: The method for solidifying powdery food material comprises the following process: mixing sugar crystal or its fine powder with other powdery food material; heating the mixture to make the powdery food material bind via viscosity of the melted sugar; and thereafter, cooling the resultant mixture to be solidified.
