<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stripe detector capable of calculating stripe featured values including directions of stripes. <P>SOLUTION: The stripe detector includes a rectangular block division part 21 which divides an image of optical stripes of an imaged inspection target into blocks constituted of a plurality of pixel sets, a DCT processing part 22 which performs discrete cosine transform to information in the blocks divided by the rectangular block division part 21, a stripe candidate block extraction part 24 which extracts stripe candidate blocks by every conversion coefficient based on a processing result by the DCT processing part 22 and a filter processing part 25 by every direction which performs filter processing in consideration of directivity to the stripe candidate blocks by every conversion coefficient, which are extracted by the stripe candidate block extraction part 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
