<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection machine capable of properly removing time information with a large error corresponding to an uncertain amount of jitters. <P>SOLUTION: A network connection machine 1B receives a time stamp (PCR) from a network connection machine 1A. A time stamp generation part 13B generates the time stamp (STC). The CPU 11B statistically calculates the jitter amount of the PCR by using difference between the PCR and the STC. The CPU 11B eliminates the PCR with the jitter amount exceeding a predetermined value and generates a correction value for correcting the STC.
