<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric printing ink that gives high wash-fastness, reduces the number of steps required for printing and environmental load and renders a fabric excellent touch, perspiration absorption and appearance, and a printing method. <P>SOLUTION: The fabric printing ink is manufactured to have a composition which comprises 8 wt.% carbon black, 1.6 wt.% pigment dispersant, 6 wt.% resin emulsion, 20 wt.% diethylene glycol, 0.1 wt.% acetylene glycol and 0.1 wt.% triethanol amine. An image is formed by jetting the ink on a fabric by an inkjet process. The ink is fixed on the fabric by ironing at a temperature of 180°C for 40 seconds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
