<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a changeability in the number of retransmissions of multicast messages based on the number of message receivers. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for resending multicast massages, signaling messages for multicast messages can be transmitted responding to a specified number of multicast message transmissions. After transmitting it by the specified number of times, a receiver 105, which dose not receive multicast messages, may request retransmissions up to an additional given number of times. In addition, signaling messages may be transmitted at a different time or shifted based on the radio state of the receiver 105.
