PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB device controller which eliminates the need to correct circuits related to a turn-around counter value even if a PHY in use is changed. SOLUTION: Ths USB device controller A has a means for measuring packet intervals shown in USB specifications for USB transfer to determine whether or not a transaction has been completed.
