PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for baking a coated film by means of high-frequency induction heating capable of baking the coated film having an excellent punching property in a short time without causing the deterioration of coated film characteristics and appearance by using only a high-frequency induction heating method. SOLUTION: When the coated film is baked by means of the high-frequency induction heating, 50 wt.% or more of the total amount of resin in an aqueous coating material is constituted at least of any one kind selected from among an emulsion resin, dispersion resin, suspension resin and powder resin having a particle size of≥30 nm. The coated film is baked under the conditions that the induction heating frequency is≥50 kHz and the temperature rise rate is≥50°C/s, wherein the range of ultimate plate temperature is 100 to 250°C.
