PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burning and necrotizing of an organic tissue by irradiating light and feeding cooling air when a bonding material or resin is spread over a tooth. SOLUTION: Light from a light source 11 is introduced to a light guide 14, and the light is radiated from the tip of the light guide to photo-cure the photo-curable resin for repairing teeth and the bonding material for bonding the resin. The light guide 14 has a vent hole 20 formed along its axis so that air passing through the vent hole 20 is ejected. When the bonding material or resin is cured, light is irradiated from the tip of the light guide 14 and cooling air is ejected, so that burning or necrotizing of the organic tissue caused by overheating is prevented. Cooling air is fed from an air tube 16 in the direction of the arrow A. Part B of the cooling air cools a mirror 12 and a filter 13 and another part C of the cooling air passes through the inside 20 of the light guide 14 to cool the light guide 14 and the organic tissue.
