PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball lending machine having a discharging device in which movable joints are decreased and a structure is simplified. SOLUTION: On the front face of the ball lending machine 1, the discharging device provided with a connecting part 2, a ball discharging nozzle rotating shaft member 3, a ball discharging nozzle member 4, a ball discharging hole member 5 and a ball discharging outlet extending member 6, is provided, and can be retreated by a one step pivoting action only in the direction along a vertical face by having a horizontal pivoting shaft center. By forming the ball discharging nozzle rotating shaft member 3 with a flexible material or into a flexible shape, even when an external force in the horizontal direction is applied to the discharging apparatus accompanying opening and closing of a pachinko game machine, the external force can be absorbed by bending the ball discharging nozzle rotating shaft member 3, and the retreating action in the horizontal direction can be performed.
