<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier module of a small size and a small loss by integrating the common parts of the circuit built up with discrete components, to provide a transmission/reception circuit configuration wherein the wiring of each transmission/reception system is simplified and the number of components is reduced and to provide a power amplifier module. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-band power amplifier module is characterized in that the module includes: a plurality of power amplifiers for amplifying the transmission signals in a plurality of frequency bands, respectively; an output stage matching circuit connected to the output of each power amplifier; and a multiplexing circuit for multiplexing signals with a plurality of the amplified frequency bands, and the output stage matching circuit and the multiplexing circuit are configured as an integrated circuit and have the function of a filter circuit for passing through only a particular frequency signal component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
