<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase variations of answer cases to raise the precision of machine learning by creating a new answer case from existing answer data for machine learning. <P>SOLUTION: This document classification program is adapted as to select answer cases responsible for creation of a new case from answer data in a conventional document classification program for classifying documents by performing machine learning based on answer data according to a method of machine learning, creating the new answer case from the selected answer cases, and adding it to all or a part of the answer cases for machine learning to develop answer data for machine learning.
