PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin film improved in cutting properties, curl restoring properties, winding habit curl characteristics and curl characteristics after developing treatment, and a silver halide photographic photosensitive material using it. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin film is constituted of a polyester film having a laminated structure comprising at least three constitutent layers. All of the constitutent layers contain a polyester containing an alicyclic structure and two layers for constituting upper and rear surface layers contain a polyester obtained by copolymerizing a metal sulfoisophthalate and a polyalkylene glycol and the layer not exposed to the surface of the laminated structure contains no polyester obtained by copolymerizing the metal sulfoisophthalate and the polyalkylene glycol.
