PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric fan having a vibration-proof apparatus by incorporating the vibration-proof apparatus for preventing vibration necessary for a piezoelectric fan from being transmitted to others even if no vibration isolator, or the like, is used, and for thinning the size of the piezoelectric fan itself. SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric fan having a vibration-proof apparatus, a vibration-proof unit composed of the piezoelectric unit, a cymbal spring and a weight is mounted to a base, and an upper lid is mounted to the vibration-proof unit.
