<p>The invention relates to producing biologically active chitosan products and the derivatives thereof and can be used for producing cosmetic, health and beauty, and pharmacological preparations, biologically active additives for food and food products, in particular creams, ointments, gels, oils, emulsions, suspensions, powders, tablets and films. The aim of said invention is to develop a chitosan product exhibiting a high transdermal permeability characteristic. The aim is achieved by producing a chitosan product which has pH-neutral reaction and consists of chitosan particles having a flexible structure. Said chitosan product is embodied in the form of lamellar nanocapsules which are provided with a chitosan envelope and whose size is less than 100 nm. The maximum of a distribution function according to the sizes of the nanocapsules ranges from 0.1 to 500 nm. Said aim is also achieved by the inventive method for producing said chitosan product, the derivatives thereof in the form of gels and emulsions, and the biologically active composition which are based thereon.</p> |
