PURPOSE: An ink-ribbon operating apparatus for a card-printer is provided to prevent damage of an ink-ribbon in the course of assembling the card-printer by simply putting a feeding roll and a winding roll on a feeding roll support unit and a winding roll support unit, respectively. CONSTITUTION: An ink-ribbon operating apparatus for a card-printer includes a feeding roll supporting unit(200) and a winding roll supporting unit(300). The feeding roll supporting unit(200) includes a first roller member(210), a second roller member(220), a third roller member(230), and a fourth roller member(240). The first roller member(210) and the second roller member(220) are installed at one side of the lower case with a predetermined distance. The third roller member(230) and the fourth roller member(240) correspond to the first roller member(210) and the second roller member(220), respectively, and are installed at the other side of the lower case. The feeding roll support unit(200) has an elastic support member(250) such that an upper surface of the feeding roll lifted by the first roller member(210) to the fourth roller member(240) is supported.
