<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with an information service which is rich in variation. <P>SOLUTION: In a system comprising terminal equipment and a server connected with the terminal equipment through the Internet, when the terminal equipment accesses the server, the server judges whether or not the accessing equipment is an access member in a step S162, and rejects the access when it is not the access member in a step S163. When it is the access member, the server judges whether it is a member A or a member B in a step S164. When it is judged as the member A or the member B, the server is requested to transfer a designated picture for the member A or the member B in a step S165 or S166.
