PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve nonlinearity of an output signal caused at a comparison circuit and an output stage or the like at a post-stage of the comparison circuit by improving a distortion factor at a large amplitude output and a small amplitude output. SOLUTION: A comparison waveform generating circuit 2C sums a plurality of pulse currents from a pulse current circuit 2B to generate a comparison waveform and can apply waveform control to the comparison waveform by individually controlling the value of the pulse current, summating pattern, and period or the like. The controlled comparison waveform can continuously increase a gain at a small amplitude signal and decrease a gain at a large amplitude signal to improve the distortion factor.
