<p>A weight-measuring sensor (10) having a simple structure can detect a weight and pressure of an object to be measured in a short time with a high sensitivity and a high accuracy. The weight-measuring sensor (10) includes a first rotation shaft (14) rotatably supported in the direction perpendicular to a stage (12), a second rotation shaft (18) connected in the shaft direction and coaxially to the first rotation shaft (14) via a super magnetic distortion member (16) for rotatably supporting an object (20) to be measured, and a pickup coil (28) for detecting the change of permeability or remaining magnetization amount of the super magnetic distortion member (16). The weight and pressure of the object (20) is detected as a change of permeability or remaining magnetization amount by expansion/contraction of the super magnetic distortion member (16).</p> |
