PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP terminal device with which a user can check services or functions which can be commonly used with an opposite party device and services or functions which cannot be commonly used at the time of calling or receiving an incoming call. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a provider information storage means 11 for storing the telephone number of a communication party device and the name of an Internet service provider correlated to the telephone number, a telephone number searching means 12 for searching the telephone number of the communication party device from the provider information storage means upon arrival of an incoming call from the communication party or during connection with the communication party device, and a provider information reporting means 13 for reporting the name etc. for specifying the Internet provider if the telephone number searched by the telephone number of the communication party device searching means is a number indicating any one of the Internet service providers.
