PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm capable of constructing a column-beam joint structure excellent in reliability and relatively easily obtaining various dimensions and shapes and suitably satisfying demand for a wide variety of production. SOLUTION: The diaphragm 1 is provided with a joint part 2 having a square joint hole 4 through which a square steel pipe can pass and four plane parts 3 forming 90 degrees with each other on the same plane at the outer periphery of the joint part 2. Six bolt holes 5 for connecting to the flange of an H-steel member are respectively formed. The joint hole 2 and plane part 3 are formed by a steel sheet and the thickness 3t of the plane plate part 3 is made thinner than the thickness 2t of the joint part 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
