Two setbolts (20) oppose each other across the anchor bolt (10) so the heads (31) of the setbolts cover the head of the anchor bolt (12,10). The setbolt should be headed both ends (31,32) in plate form so as to complete a cage round the anchor. The setbolts are long enough for their heads (32) to engage the foundation reinforcement (8,1). In a variant, the system is supplemented by a cross bolt which extends across thus completing the cage effect round the anchor bolt (10), the head of the cross bolt in this case overlapping that of anchor bolt.
