PURPOSE: A cyber money charging system operating method is provided to charge a cyber money with cash as well as a credit card and a mobile phone payment. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. An agent accesses a charging server by executing a charging client program or accessing a service web site(S501). The agent logs in the charging server(S502), and requests an agent approval. The charging server approves the agent by comparing the inputted ID and password with the stored ID and password(S503). If the agent is approved, the agent requests the charging server to charge cyber money by inputting a charging ID of a customer and a charging amount(S504). The charging server compares the input charging amount with a point of the agent(S505). If the point of the agent satisfies the input charging amount, a member authentication module authenticates the customer(S506, S507). An agent point reducing module subtracts the charging amount from the agent point(S508), and charges the requested charging amount for the customer(S509). The agent point reducing module stores the charging specification for each agent(S510), and enables the agent and the customer to confirm the charging amount(S511).
