PURPOSE: A door assembly of an air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle is provided to improve the productivity by installing a door assembly by a one-time assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(410) has pinions(411) on an outer peripheral surface, and of which both ends are rotatively installed at inner walls of an air conditioning case facing each other. A door member(420) has racks formed in certain length to be engaged with the pinions and is slidably installed inside the air conditioning case to open and shut an air passage. Separation preventing elements(430) are installed at the door member to prevent the rotary shaft from separating from the door member, wherein the rotary shaft maintains the engagement state of the pinions and the racks.
