PURPOSE: An automatically and manually operated slide-type portable wireless terminal is provided to automatically perform a sliding operation by a button operation. CONSTITUTION: A driving device(50) comprises as follows. A pinion gear(52) is installed at a rotational axis of a driving motor(51). The first subordinate gear(53) and th second subordinate gear(54) are engaged with both sides of the pinion gear(52), respectively. A link(55) connects rotational shafts of the pinion gear(52), the first subordinate gear(53) and the second subordinate gear(54). A supporting unit supports the link(55). The driving device(50) is installed on a slide body, and is selectively engaged with a rack gear(13) comprised on a main plate(10) of a main body.
