The invented tool unit for precision drilling of holes consists of a rod-like holder (4) of a cutting tip (3) and a clamping head (1) with a clamping shank (2) and a clamping adapter (6) with a clamping eccentric cylindrical cavity (9) performed therein. Said cavity (9) serves for clamping said rod-like holder (4) cylindrical shank (8) through the mediation of a fixing means (7) being represented by a hydraulic clamp (30). In said hydraulic clamp (30) inner sleeve (31) there is performed the cylindrical cavity (9) being eccentric relative longitudinal axis (Oi1) of the clamping shank (2). Said rod-shaped holder (4) cylindrical shank (8) is followed up with a handling collar (10) provided with a scale (13). A reading line (12) is provided on a face offset (16) of the clamping adapter (6) body (17). This reading line (12) enables fine adjustment of diameter size of the drilled hole by turning the handling collar (10) along the scale (13) and thus changing projection of a cutting edge (14).
