PURPOSE: A reinforcing bracket for preventing drooping of a head lining is provided to prevent an end of the head lining from drooping and the head lining from separating when the head lining is lack of rigidity. CONSTITUTION: An end of a reinforcing bracket(100) is extended to an upper direction in an inverse U shape and laid over an end of the head lining extended upward. The other end of the reinforcing bracket is extended in parallel to a head lining. A through hole(130b) is formed to the other end of the reinforcing bracket and is connected to the head lining by a bolt. The reinforcing bracket is shaped like an L shape. A protrusion portion(120) is formed to a folded portion of the reinforcing bracket to reinforce rigidity of the reinforcing bracket. A through hole(130a) is formed to the reinforcing bracket to be connected with the head lining with a bolt. Thereby, drooping of the end of the head lining is prevented.
