FIELD: instrument engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes separation of non-convertible and convertible portions of frequency range respectively by low frequency filter and band filter having one common limit line. After that converted portion is transposed upwards in frequency range in such a way, so that after division of its instantaneous frequency in Kdiv times lower limit of frequency range of converted portion equaled limit frequency. Then after precise division of its instantaneous frequency converted portion of input signal is added to non-converted portion and thus output signal is formed.
