PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving a liquid crystal display is provided to compensate a voltage drop of a power supply voltage by embedding a power line on a glass. CONSTITUTION: The VDD2 voltage is a voltage operating a logic circuit part of the source driving apparatus and a voltage drop of the VDD2 causes a fatal operation fail. The VDD1 voltage is used in a D/A converter, and a voltage drop of the VDD1 causes a damage in the driving apparatus. Above reason, a linear regulator(B) receives a VDD1' voltage inputted with voltage drop, and then outputs a stable voltage(VDD1) operating the driving apparatus. A linear regulator(A) receives a VDD2' voltage with voltage drop, and then outputs a stable voltage(VDD2) operating the driving apparatus.
