The orthopaedic sole for footwear has surfaces to connect and recreate the metatarsal bridge to induce pronation of the front of the foot and recreate the calcano-limb axis. The sole can have lateral guides to restrain and assemble the metatarsal necks. The sole can have a protuberance to form an ovoid support under the second, third, and fourth metatarsal heads. Claims include a method of assembly of the sole.
