INFORMATION STORING MEDIUM RECORDING ENAV BUFFER CONFIGURATION INFORMATION, AND PLAYING DEVICE AND BUFFER MANAGING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An information storing medium recording the ENAV buffer configuration information, and a playing device and a buffer managing method thereof are provided to smoothly receive/play the desired contents by downloading the contents from a server connected through the Internet without exceeding a buffer capacity with a buffer of a small capacity. CONSTITUTION: An ENAV buffer(202) loads an ENAV file. An ENAV engine(204) analyzes/plays the ENAV file. An AV(Audio-Video) buffer(201) loads an AV file storing the AV data. An AV playback engine(203) plays the AV file. The ENAV engine reads/loads the ENAV file to the ENAV buffer after assigning a part of the ENAV buffer to an updateable markup area based on the ENAV buffer configuration information.
